Engagement Through Art

We came together as a Community Art group in April 2016 to promote mental Wellbeing. Our art is inspired by Land Artists such as Andy Goldsworthy.

In compensation for our rural isolation we are very fortunate to live in a beautiful environment with endless options for activities in the outdoors. As alot of our activities are very temporal, we have created stop motion animations to record them. This has brought many new skills to the group. So we create, photograph, animate and create music and poems to accompany the animations.

How The Public Can Help:

We use our videos to raise public awareness around mental health issues. The videos display adults with mental health issues participating positively in their local community. We would like the public to join us in debunking the socal taboo of mental ilness.
