A Note About the Voting System

All four shortlists displayed above (i.e. the 3 different video competition categories, plus the Charity Hero Award) are based on an accumulated stars system. When voting for a particular piece of content, voters were asked to choose between 1 and 5 stars (out of a total of 5). A 5-star rating delivers 5 votes to the content in question and a 1-star rating delivers 1 star, and so on. The number of votes for each piece of content have now been added up to create the following shortlists.

Thank you for all your creativity, commitment and enthusiasm - see you in 2012!
