Better Together is a nationwide campaign which aims to build support for hundreds of charities, clubs and associations across the country by encouraging the public to support these good causes and make a difference in their communities.

We invited charities, community clubs and associations from all over the country to showcase their work by entering our online video competition.

This year we also introduced the Giving Challenge competition, in which organisations were asked to rally their supporters to donate to their cause. The cause that received the highest number of unique donors would win the €10,000 prize. The Giving Challenge has now closed.

The third part of the Better Together was the Charity Hero Award - celebrating ordinary people who do extraordinary things.
